The Test is a useful purchase in its own right. It gives owners and managers a clearer view of recurring problems in prep, staffing, stock, handovers and daily routines.
- An operational scorecard: scores out of 100 beside a plain-English explanation. Areas without enough usable evidence are marked “Not assessed”.
- A written diagnosis: the main findings, the evidence behind them and anything that needs checking.
- Priorities and practical first steps: what to tackle first, with a suggested 30-day order of action.
- A view on further work: which tools or routines could help, if you decide you want them built.
You can act on the report yourself or ask us to quote for implementation. Finished procedures, planners and other tools are separate work. There is no obligation to buy them and no automatic subscription.
Before you start.
Who it is for: owners and managers buying for a restaurant, pub, café, hotel or catering business. You must have authority to place the business’s order.
What to prepare: your business details, answers about how the operation runs and relevant evidence you already have. Documents, photos of paperwork and short operational videos can all help.
If records are missing: say so. You do not need to create paperwork just to order the Test. Explain what the team does now; the report will show the limits of what can be assessed.
What one order covers: venue coverage, the review allowance and accepted files will be stated before ordering opens.
Report delivery: the normal delivery window and information needed for review will be stated before ordering opens. The delivery date is confirmed once the required answers and usable evidence are complete.
How ordering will work.

- Add relevant evidence. Upload documents, clear photos and short clips in the same order form.
- Pay £150 to book. Check the order, accept the B2B Terms and Friday Test Scope, and pay. Successful payment confirms your purchase immediately, with email confirmation and a receipt.
- Receive your report. Once the information is ready for review, we prepare the diagnosis and priorities for your business.
Your answers and uploads are collected as part of the same order.
Share only relevant material and remove unnecessary personal information. Keep identifiable people out of video. Do not upload sensitive personal information or CCTV unless separately agreed with suitable arrangements. Read the Privacy Notice.
