The website and enquiries
This website introduces Friday Ready’s services. Friday Test ordering and evidence uploads are not yet open. Please do not submit operational evidence, sensitive documents or staff/customer personal information.
If you send a general enquiry, you provide the business contact details and message needed to respond. We use that information to reply and discuss the work you have asked about. Our basis for handling a general business enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients and running the business. Please provide only the information needed for your question.
Services currently used
Squarespace hosts this website. Business email uses Google Workspace. Website enquiry forms, Friday Test evidence uploads and payments are temporarily closed. You can contact us by business email for a general question.
How long we keep correspondence
We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to answer your question or continue an active project discussion. Any later retention depends on whether it is needed for the client relationship, accounting records, legal obligations or a dispute. Detailed retention rules for paid work and operational evidence are being completed before ordering opens.
Privacy information being completed
We are completing the detailed information about provider roles and locations, retention rules for paid work, provider roles and any international transfer arrangements. The fuller notice and upload information will be available before Friday Test evidence collection and payment open.
Your rights
