1 · Describe the operation.
Give your business details and venue country. Explain a normal shift, the busiest periods and the problems that keep returning. Tell us how prep, rotas, stock, training and manager checks work now, and what you have already tried.
Buy for your business with authority to place its order. Check the Friday Test preparation guidance and scope before starting.
2 · Show us what you have.
Add relevant documents, clear photos of paperwork and short operational videos. A rota, prep sheet, stock record or clip of the work area can help explain what the team deals with.
If a record does not exist, tell us. You do not need to create it for the Test. We make evidence gaps clear in the report and ask for anything else needed for the review.
The review allowance, file types and upload limits will be shown before ordering opens. Remove unnecessary personal information; keep identifiable people out of videos. Do not send sensitive information or CCTV unless separately agreed with suitable arrangements. Read the Privacy Notice.
3 · Pay to confirm your order.
Check the order, accept the B2B Terms and Friday Test Scope, and pay the stated GBP price. Successful payment confirms your purchase immediately. Your confirmation and receipt are emailed.

4 · Get a practical order of action.
We check that the required answers and usable evidence are complete, ask for anything else needed and confirm your report delivery date.
Your report contains the operational scorecard, written diagnosis, priorities and a suggested 30-day order of action. It identifies what the evidence supports and where a conclusion needs checking.
Choose what happens afterwards.
The report stands on its own. Use it with your team, or commission practical work separately. You can also approach us directly if you already know the project you need.
